| Another official recipe for Buffalo wings.
2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, trimmed and separated
1/2 stick of butter/margarine
4 - 5 tablespoons Smokin' Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce (APP121) or Smokin'
Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce(APP161)
enough oil to deep-fry
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce to melted butter. (a little
experimentation with amounts will be necessary to find the right amount
of heat for you.) After mixing the butter/hot sauce, lower heat.
Heat frying oil to medium high and deep fry wings until brown and crisp,
10 to 15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
Put wings in saucepan, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to platter
and serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing and celery sticks.
Buffalo Wings an alternate recipe
2 1/2 pounds wings trimmed and separated
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 cup water
1/2 stick butter/margarine
4 - 5 tablespoons Smokin' Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce(APP161)
enough oil to deep fry
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, water, and oregano in a
bowl.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add Smokin' Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce to
melted butter.
After mixing the butter/hot sauce, lower heat.
Dip wings in batter, coating them as much as possible.
Heat frying oil to medium high and deep fry wings until brown and crisp,
10 to 15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
Put wings in saucepan, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to platter
and serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing and celery sticks.
ZING Wings
2 1/2 pounds wings, trimmed and separated

1/4 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 stick butter/margarine
1 package Italian Salad dressing mix
oil for deep frying
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce, vinegar and Italian dressing.
After mixing all ingredients, lower heat.
Heat frying oil to medium high and deep fry wings until brown and crisp,
10 to 15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
Put wings in saucepan, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to platter
and serve
JD's Garlic Wings
2 1/2 pounds wings trimmed and separated
4-5 tablespoons Smokin' Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce ( APP121) or Smokin'
Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce( APP161)
4 garlic cloves
1/2 large lemon and rind
honey to taste
sesame oil to taste
Mix all ingredients in a a bowl. Marinade for at least two hours at
room temperature.
Put wings on broiling rack and broil until browned and cooked through.
(about 20 minutes)
Transfer to platter and serve.
Beer Burner Wings
2 1/2 pounds wings, trimmed and separated
4 tb Smokin' Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce (APP121)
A acouple of drops of Daves gourmet Insanity Sauce (DAV101) (optional,
this stuff is hot so only use a few drops at a time)
3/4 stick butter/margarine
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup beer
oil for deep frying
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauces, beer, pepper flakes and
cayenne pepper to melted butter.
Heat frying oil to medium high and deep fry wings until brown and crisp,
10 to 15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
Put wings in saucepan, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to platter
and serve
Ultimate Hot Wings
4 Thai Peppers
4-6 tb Ultimate Burn (PPR121)
1/2 Stick margerine
1 tb Vinegar (white)
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1/4 t crushed red pepper
1/8 t garlic salt
1/8 t black pepper
1/4 t worcestershire sauce
2 t tabasco sauce
2-1/2lbs wings
Take all the ingredients and mix in a saucepan low heat. Let everything
blend till it has a uniform color.
While that's going take your wings and put them under your broiler
about 12 minutes per side or until cooked.
After the wings are cooked toss them in the sauce pan and coat evenly.
This step is optional. Place coated wings back under broiler for a
few minutes to make them crispy.
Paradise
2 -1/2 lbs. chicken wings
3-4 tbs butter or margarine
6tbs Another Bloody Day in Paradise (PPR101) hot sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Wash wings. Split at each joint and discard tips. Bake in 400 degree
oven for 25 minutes until crispy.
Melt butter or margarine insauce pan. Stir in Another Bloody Day in
Paradise sauce, lemon juice and honey.
Toss wings in sauce to coat evenly.
